Tangy Sundae: Blackcurrant Lime
Blackcurrant lime sorbet, blackcurrants, fresh mint.
I made this sorbet on a warm sunny day, just after picking some fresh blackcurrants in the garden.
The sprig of fresh mint was also from my garden and added a really nice contrasting flavor.
