Chocolate Ice Cream - Easy Recipe
Quick and oh so easy, this recipe is ideal to make both with and for children. Simple but still a tasty treat!
NOTE: No eggs and no cream in this ingredients list.
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
1 can (large) condensed milk,
1/2 pint (250ml) whole milk
Method: Mix together the milk and condensed milk. Dissolve the cocoa in a little hot water. When fully dissolved stir it into the milk/condensed milk mixture.
Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker, freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serves 6
