Mint choc chip ice cream is incredibly popular. Whenever I stand at an ice cream parlor there is always someone buying this ice cream flavor and if you suggest making some ice cream at home, chances are you will be asked if it can be mint choc chip. It's a great ice cream because of its color and taste and particularly good for Halloween parties. Speaking of ice cream for Halloween, I've also come up with a gothic ice cream of my own which is a lovely gothic grey color - check out my page and give it a try! Here is one of my favorite ways of serving mint choc chip - in a waffle basket. I hope my mint choc chip sundae photograph will inspire you to even more creative.
There are plenty more popular recipes for homemade ice cream - here is one I particularly like for choc chip ice cream.
If you like chocolate you should love it! Enjoy ....
